Under federal law, used hair products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

 

Our company does not accept returns nor do we issue refunds on used or tampered hair. Please consult a professional stylist when chemically processing the hair. We are not responsible for chemical processing, coloring, cutting, or texturizing done to any of the hair or closures by our customers.

 

If for any reason the company has made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange. Furthermore, the hair MUST remain in the exact state as when it was first received to be eligible for this exchange. We suggest that you fully inspect your package upon receipt as time is of the essence.

 

One exchange per customer and buyer is responsible for shipping costs upon this exchange.
